My credentials include: PhD, PE, CEM, LEED AP, BEAP, Fellow ASHRAE, CP EnMS – Industrial; SEP Performance Verifier – Industrial (40+ years as a power engineer and member of the Association of Energy Engineers Hall of Fame, Founder and managing partner of L&S Energy Services Inc.); I was also the lead author of the ASHRAE Energy Efficiency Guides for Existing Buildings and chaired the ASHRAE Committee that wrote Guideline 14-2014 – Measurement of Energy, Demand and Water Savings.
